Replacing the CO

Absorber (MGU-701/702)

Service Life of the CO

Absorber

The CO

absorber can be used for approximately 1 year.

If the CO

absorber is used over its service life, correct CO

measurement may not be possible.

Replace within 1 year.

Tools for Replacement

・

Phillips Screwdriver (Large)

●

Disassembly and Assembly

Replace the unit with the following procedure by paying attention to the connectors and tubing.

1. Remove the rear panel of the Multigas unit

(2 screws, see A).

2. Remove the shield (4 screws).

3. Take out and disconnect the CO

absorber.

4. Remove the tube from the new CO

absorber

and reconnect the CO

absorber to the

multigas unit.

5. Re-install the CO

absorber inside the unit.

6. Re-install the shield.
