Replacing the Recorder Unit

Service Life of the Recorder Unit
The recorder unit can be used for approximately 350 hours.
If using the recorder over its service life, the print out will definitely become worse and the recorder
will need to be replaced.

Tools for Replacement

Phillips Screwdriver (Large)
●
Disassembly and Assembly
Replace the unit with the following procedure by paying attention to the connectors and tubing.
1. Remove the air filter and then the rear panel
(6 screws).
2. Remove the recorder unit (3 screws) and
replace it with a new one (inverse procedure).
3. Re-install the rear panel and air filter.
4. Press the Menu
→
Maintenance
→
Parts Usage Time keys and press the
Reset (password “7000”) key for “Recorder
Operation Time”. Press the Yes (Hold 3sec.)
key to reset the usage for the Recorder
Operation Time.
5. Turn the power ON and check that the recorder operates properly.
