Maintain the correct posture as much as possible during measurement.
Make sure that the patient does not bend his arm or the hose is not bent during
measurement.
Monitor System error Code (E08-01 to E09-Y)
Cause
: System error occurred in the NIBP module due to the following cause:
E08-01: Communication error with sub-CPU
E08-02: Watchdog time out
E08-03: Pressure offset error
E08:04: Abnormality in pressure comparison
E08-05: Abnormal power supply in sub-CPU
E08-06: Abnormal power supply in pressure sensor 2
E08-07: Abnormal A/D reference voltage in pressure sensor 1
E09-A: Maximum Cuff pressure exceeded
E09-B: Inflation time exceeded
E09-C: In Auto mode, 1 min interval measurement has exceeded 15min
E09-D: In Auto mode (interval>2.5min), a measurement has started inside the measurement
pause time (30sec.)
E09-E: Measurement time exceeded
E09-F: Pressure data transmission time-out from main CPU
E09-G: Abnormal power 5V in the pressure sensor 1
E09-H: Zero reference time out
E09-I: ROM test error
E09-J: RAM test error
E09-L: Clock Transmission ceased
E09-M: Communication failure at power ON
E09-N: Abnormality in pressure comparison
E09-O: Maximum pressure exceeded
E09-Q: Measurement started before Zero calibration
E09-R: Abnormal Zero reference
E09-S: Watchdog time out
E09-T: Abnormal digital power 5V
E09-U: Abnormal power supply on main CPU
E09-V: Abnormal signal from pump control
E09-W: Quick exhaust valve control signal failure
E09-X: Sub CPU constant exhaust valve control signal failure
E09-Y: Main CPU constant exhaust valve control signal failure
Solution
: System error will automatically cancel itself and will be able to measure NIBP, but if
the same message is displayed again, a breakdown can be considered.
The time of measurement disappears and the numeric data is displayed as “
ー
ー
ー
”.
Cause
: The NIBP data will be erased when the preprogrammed NIBP erase time has elapsed.
Solution
: Select the appropriate time for NIBP data erase time from 60min or 120min, which
best fits the monitoring purpose.
