Judged as NG if the value varies more than ±1.2V.
Immediate correction must be performed as this may
cause malfunction such as sound not generating from
the speaker.
9 +5V 5.0V
Judged as NG if the value varies more than ±0.25V.
Immediate correction must be performed as this may
cause malfunction such as sound not generating from
the speaker.
10 +18V 18.0V
Judged as NG if the value varies more than ±0.9V.
Immediate correction must be performed as product life
of the AC power supply unit may have expired.
11 +3.3V 3.3V
If the value shifts outside 3.1V–3.46V or more, it is
judged NG.
Being a possibility of causing hindrance
to monitoring, please repair urgently.
* On the DS-7000, the Thermal Head Temperature, Paper Mark, Paper End will not be
displayed.
Backup
The recall data disappears when the power is turned OFF.
Cause : The power was not turned ON long enough.
Solution : 5 minutes of backup will be performed when the power has been turned ON for more
than 1 hour. If the power is not turned ON long enough, the backup time may become
too short or may not be performed.
Cause
: The short-term backup battery is depleted.
Solution : Replace the short-term backup battery. If this does not resolve the problem, faulty
CPU board can be considered.
The display configuration and other setups initialize every time the power is turned ON.
(Time/date is incorrect.)
Cause : The long-term backup battery on the CPU board is depleted.
Solution : Replace the long-term backup battery. After the replacement, set the rotary switch
inside the maintenance cover to initial setting (F), and turn ON the power again.
After the program starts, turn the rotary switch back to “0”. If this does not resolve the
problem, faulty CPU board can be considered.
The display configuration and other setups initialize every time the power is turned ON.
(Time/date is correct.)
Cause : The memory data may be damaged.
Solution : Set the rotary switch inside the maintenance cover to initial setting (F), and turn ON
the power again. After the program starts, turn the rotary switch back to “0”. If this
does not resolve the problem, faulty CPU board can be considered.
Alarm Sound
The alarm sound is low or does not generate.
Cause 1 : Alarm Silence, Alarm Off, Night Mode is set.
Solution
: Check the alarm settings.

Alarm Silence Cancel the alarm silence function as appropriate.

Alarm OFF Properly set for each parameter.
・
Night Mode Set the appropriate alarm volume for the night mode.
Cause 2 : The alarm sound is set to the minimum volume.
Solution
: Set the appropriate volume on the tone setup menu. The sound will not be silenced
