The replacement procedures for the antistatic members for the first, second, third, and
fourth shelves are all identical.

Removal Procedures
1.
Remove the shock-absorbing roller assembly.

INSTRUCTION

Remove the shock-absorbing roller assembly for the shelf where the antistatic
member to be removed is installed.

2.
Remove the antistatic member.

Reinstallation Procedures
For reinstallation, reverse the removal steps.
6.22 Shock-Absorbing Rollers (Convergence

The following two kinds of shock-absorbing rollers are attached to the machine.
- Lone shock-absorbing roller
- Shock-absorbing roller and spacer (347N100073)
Add the spacer if an IP jam occurs on the machine equipped with the lone shock-
absorbing roller. The machines with the following serial numbers are equipped with
an anti-jam spacer before shipment.

Removal Procedures
1.
Remove the feed/load conveyor unit.

2.
Remove the shock-absorbing rollers.

Reinstallation Procedures
For reinstallation, reverse the removal steps.
