[4-2-2] IMG Board Frame Memory Re-Output

Function
Performing a read operation causes the IP image data to be stored in the IMG board
frame memory.
When the “IMG Board Frame Memory Re-Output” function is exercised, the image
data stored in the IMG board frame memory can be forcibly output.
Note, however, that only the last-read IP image data can be output.

The image data can be output by use of the “IMG Board Frame Memory Re-Output”
menu when the following conditions are met:
- The RU is not restarted after a read operation. If the RU restarts, the IMG board
frame memory is initialized to erase the image data.
- The same exposure menu as for the last-read IP is selected.
- The same barcode as for the last-read IP is entered.
REFERENCE
The IMG board frame memory stores only the last-read IP image data. This image
data is stored on the IMG board until the next read operation is performed or the RU
power is turned OFF. If the next read operation is performed, the previously stored
image data is erased to store the newly read image data.

Procedures: Example of IMG Board Frame Memory Re-Output
1.
Start the MUTL.

2.
Touch the RU LCD panel on the upper left and upper right in order
named, to enter the reading mode during maintenance.
REFERENCE
When the RU enters the reading mode during maintenance, “Maintenance is in
progress” and “CR Console communication error” alternately appear on the top of
the LCD panel.
3.
Read the IP.

Take note of the barcode of the IP that has been read.

On the examination reception screen of the CL, click on the [Add
Exposure Menu] button.
5.
Select the same menu as used at step 3 for IP reading, and click on
the [OK] button.
