When SMS (Short Message Service)
Messages Cannot be Received
SMS delivered to SMS Center will be
immediately sent to your FOMA handset. Note
that, however, when your FOMA handset is OFF
or out of the service area, the SMS is stored in
SMS Center.
• The maximum storage period of SMS in SMS
Center is 72 hours. The sender can specify the
storage period.

• SMS expired is automatically deleted.
• SMS stored in SMS Center can be received by SMS

• When SMS stored in SMS Center is received, it is
deleted from SMS Center.
