Calibration Manual

Passive and Differential Leakage Current (IFC+LVR Board)

In a passive and differential leakage current function, the sampling ammeter senses leakage

current that comes from the DUT from the H terminal to L terminal. According to its value, the

ammeter sets such a value on the resistance decade. The flow through current equals the

preset leakage current. Leakage current circuits are on the IFC board. See

Figure 10
