Once you start the process, adjust all partial resistors to meet and keep specified accuracy.
The maximum acceptable deviation of the calibration value to the nominal value of each
resistor is in the Lower Limit and Upper Limit columns. If any of the partial resistors is out of
shown limits, it must be replaced. Replacement should be done only by an authorized service
center.
High Resistance Source Adjustment 5 kV (Optional)
Fully adjust the high-resistance source with the front panel keyboard. Calibration is based on
dc measurements of resistance in the listed test points, see
. Part of the adjustment
tests the voltmeter and adjusts an external option, Resistance multiplier, respectively.
