Press the alternator to the direction of the
thermostat housing. 

Now the v-belt can be changed (type: XPZ
850-2). 

Fig. 6.6-3: V-belt

Stretch the v-belt by pulling the alternator
back.  The  v-belt  should  be  able  to  be
pressing approx. 1cm with the thumb.

Tighten the fixing srews above and below
the alternator.
