Fitting Proceed as follows:
1. Insert the sheet metal seal for the pressure zone separ
ation.
2. If not already provided, fit the following for pressure
zones 2 ... 8: an appropriate supply unit for for each pres
sure zone (see section 5.3.5)
3. On MPA valve terminals with MPM connection:
In order to bridge the supply unit, replace the manifold
board in the sub−base, which follows the interlinking
block, by a lengthened version (see section "Overview of
manifold boards").
4. Fit the sub−base (see section 5.3.5).
5. Fit the MPA valve terminal onto the fastening surface (see
chapter 2 "Fitting onto a wall" or "Fitting onto a hat rail").
6. Then fit the pneumatic and electrical connections (see
chapter 3 "Installation, connecting the MPA valve ter
minal").
The following diagram shows the structure of pressure zones
using as an example an MPA valve terminal with CPX ter
minal.
