Fitting Proceed as follows:
Please note
Before fitting, check the condition and position of the fol
lowing seals:
the seal of the electronic module
the ring seal of the electrical contact
the cord seal of the valve plates or blanking plates
1. Place the electronic module in the sub−base.
2. Tighten the screws of the electronic module with
0.25 Nm.
3. Then fit the valve plates or blanking plates (see section
"Fitting valve plates or blanking plates").
5.3.5 Replacing the sub−base, supply unit or MPA end plate
Removing Proceed as follows:
1. Loosen the electrical and pneumatic connections and re
move the MPA valve terminal from its fastening surface
(see this chapter "Dismantling the MPA valve terminal").
2. Place the MPA valve terminal on a flat working surface.
Please note
MPA valve terminal with MP connection (fixed electrical
linking):
Before dismantling the sub−bases, you must remove all
components (valve plates, blanking plates and electronic
modules) from
all
sub−bases.
3. Loosen the screws of the component (sub−base, supply
unit or end plate) which you wish to remove in the se
quence

(see diagram).
