MACHINE PARAMETERS
Px02
Px03
These parameters are used when Px01 has been set to display the result of an
operation between the readings of two axes.
Px02 indicates the first operand and P03 the second one.
All linear axes can be used as operands even the same axis; but no rotary axes can
be used as operands.
Example: To display the result oF adding the readings of the 1st and 3rd axes in
the area of the first axis and call it “C axis”:
P100 C
; Indicates the name of the first axis
P101 ADD
; Display the addition of the two axes
P102 1
; 1st operand
P103 3
; 2nd operand
Px04
Indicates whether the reading of this axis will be displayed or not on the CRT.
YES
is is displayed
NO
it is not displayed
Px05
Indicates whether the feedback signal is square or sinusoidal.
Px06
Indicates whether the axis is LINEAR or ROTARY.
Px07
Indicates the measuring units for the feedback pulses according to the following
code:
MM/DEG
millimeters for linear axes and degrees for rotary axes.
INCHES/DMS
inches for linear axes and degrees, minutes, seconds for
rotary axes.
Px08
Indicates the counting direction. Positive or Negative.
