4.3.6 GEAR LEVER LOCK, LEVER BTM LOCK

Removal

Remove the COVER CST from the cassette body.

Unlock the LOCK EXTENSION, and draw out the cassette extension.

While pushing the lock of the STOPPER GEAR, unlock the LEVER BTM LOCK,
and raise the PLATE ASSY BTM.

Remove the one screw (gold, tapping, 8mm) securing the PLATE GEAR LOCK
150 on the GEAR PB R side.

Release the hook of the PLATE GEAR LOCK, and remove the PLATE GEAR
LOCK 150 from the HOUSING BASE 150.

Release the hook of the GEAR PB R and remove the GEAR PB R from the
SHAFT PB.

Remove the one screw (gold, tapping, 6 mm) securing the COVER BTM UP and
remove the COVER BTM UP 150 from the HOUSING BASE 150.

Remove the GEAR BTM LOCK PINION from the HOUSING BASE 150.

Remove the RACK BTM LOCK150 and SPRING BTM LOCK together from the
HOUSING BASE 150.

10. Remove the GEAR LEVER LOCK from the HOUSING BASE 150.

11. Remove the two screws (gold, tapping, 6 mm) securing the STOPPER GEAR, and

remove the STOPPER GEAR and SPRING STOPPER GEAR from the
HOUSING BASE 150.

SPRING STOPPER GEAR.
