Using a Bluetooth device to play
music/voice
To play 1Seg, movies, videos and Music Player tracks
on a Bluetooth device, connect the Bluetooth device
to the FOMA terminal via Audio service.

If the Bluetooth device is connected via Audio
service while Audio service is in standby mode,
the Music Player starts automatically. The Music
Player may not start automatically while the
standby screen is not displayed or another
function is active.

status does not change even when the FOMA
terminal is folded, regardless of “Setting when
folded”.

When the Bluetooth connection is terminated
while talking or dialing on the Bluetooth device,
the talking or dialing ends.

Even if the Bluetooth device activates, you may
not be able to talk on the Bluetooth device when a
handsfree device or Earphone/Microphone 01
(optional) is connected.
z
You can switch the talk from the function menu of
the voice call/videophone screen.

Voice sounds can only be played on A2DP
Bluetooth device supporting SCMS-T copyright
protection.
z
While 1Seg/movie/video/music sounds come from
the Bluetooth device, the Bluetooth device volume
does not change even when the FOMA terminal
volume is adjusted.

The Bluetooth device remote control is available
during Music Player background playback.
z
Sounds cannot come from the Bluetooth device
when a stereo earphone (optional) or an
Earphone/Microphone (optional) is connected.
z
A Bluetooth device connection via Audio service is
logged in connection history. If there is connection
history and the Bluetooth function activated
(Bluetooth device is powered on), the device is
automatically connected when playing files even if
it is not connected via Audio service. If connection
succeeds, sounds come from the Bluetooth
device. If connection fails, a message appears
asking whether to listen to sounds from the FOMA
terminal.
z
If a Bluetooth connection is terminated during
movie/video/music playback, a message appears
indicating the disconnection. However, while a
Music&Video Channel track is played or paused
with the FOMA terminal folded and in Power saver
mode, the message does not appear and the
Music Player exits automatically.

Bluetooth device is connected via Headset
service or Handsfree service.

If a pictogram is used for the Device name, it may
not be properly displayed on the other party’s
