Options under the Pump Monitoring Menu are used to
control the Thermal and Seal Failure functionality as well
as the Auxiliary Analog settings.
Digital Module
Select this option to enable the new (extended) digital inputs (Seal Fail/Therm
Fail) on P3.
THERM Function
When digital monitoring is enabled, set to one of two failure alert options for a
thermal failure. Generic Input passes the value through to telemetry. Thermal
Overload generates an alarm and stop pumps when the input reaches the state
indicated by the THERM ALARM ON option (High or Low).
THERM Alarm on
The digital state of the pin (High/Low) which will generate an alarm for the
THERM Function (Thermal Overload function only).
SEAL Function
When digital monitoring is enabled, set to one of two failure alert options for a seal
failure. Generic Input passes the value through to telemetry. Seal Failure generates
an alarm and stop pumps when the input reaches the state indicated by the SEAL
ALARM ON option (High or Low).
SEAL Alarm on
The digital state of the pin (High/Low) which will generate an alarm for the SEAL
Function (SEAL Failure function only).
Analog Module
Select this option to enable the new (extended) analog inputs (Analog3 and
Analog4) on P3. These analogs are sent through telemetry only.
Analog 3 Type
If applicable, 4-20 mA, 0-5 VDC, or 0-10 VDC.
Analog 4 Type
If applicable, 4-20 mA, 0-5 VDC, or 0-10 VDC.
Pump Monitoring
Range
151-300 V in 1 V increments (240 VAC phase monitor)
0-600 V in 1 V increments (480 VAC phase monitor)
Options under the Phase Monitor Menu are used to
configure the voltage range, single or three-phase, and out-
of-range alarm settings.
