Port Specify a port or group of ports for this Access Profile. The port list is specified by
listing the lowest slot number and the beginning port number on that slot, separated
by a colon. Then the highest slot number, and the highest port number of the range
(also separated by a colon) are specified. The beginning and end of the port list range
are separated by a dash. For example, 1:3 specifies slot number 1, port 3. 2:4
specifies slot number 2, port 4. 1:3-2:4 specifies all of the ports between slot 1, port 3
and slot 2, port 4

Click Apply to implement changes made.
To establish the rule for a previously created CPU Access Profile:
In the Configuration folder, click the CPU Interface Filtering > CPU Interface Filtering State to open the CPU
Interface Filtering Table .

In this window, the user may add a rule to a previously created CPU access profile by clicking the corresponding Modify
button of the entry to configure, either
Ethernet, IP or Packet Content . Each entry will open a new and unique window,
as shown in the examples below.

To create a new rule set for an access profile click the Add button. A new window is displayed. To remove a previously
created rule, click the corresponding button. The following window is used for the Ethernet Rule configuration.
