Front Suspension and arm
·Check whether these components are greased
with butter and then tighten the up-and-down
rocker arm assembly and L/R fore dampers and
ther components. Fix the L/R tension rods into hole
by way of the trough of open-groove nut with
cotter pin (4 pcs), and make these tension rods
bisection on feet.
CHECKING THE STEERING KNUCKLES
1. Check:
• steering knuckles
Damage/pitting
Replace
CHECKING THE FRONT ARMS
1. Check:
• front arms
Bends/damage
Replace.
2. Check:
• Mi le ushing
Wear/damage
Replace.
3. Check:
• all oints
Damage/pitting
Replace the all oint.
Free play
Replace the all oint.
Turns roughly
Replace the all oint.
CHECKING THE FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER
1. Check:
• shock a sor er ro
Bends/damage
Replace the shock
absorber assembly.
• shock a sor er assem ly
Oil leaks
Replace the shock absorber
assembly.
• spring
Fatigue
Replace the shock absorber
assembly.
Mo e the spring up an own.

SHOCK ABSORBER
1. Install:
• front arms
• front shock a sor er
a. Install the front upper arm

NOTE:
• ubricate the bolts ith lithiu soap base
grease.
• e sure to position the bolts so that the
bolt hea faces in ar
