Follow all warnings and cautions listed at the beginning of the
Maintenance section of this User Guide.
Be sure the main power is disconnected
and the
cutter is locked out.
Loosen the set screws
that hold the cutter bushings.
Remove the cutter bushings.
Check the depth of the proximity switch
face for each bushing. It should be recessed no more than
0.010 inches, but should not interfere with the bushings
themselves.
Use an Allen wrench to check the tightness
of each proximity switch's retaining screw.
NOTE
:
You can damage the proximity switch if you
over-tighten the retaining screw.
Replace cutter bushings
and check for proper cut-
ting blade alignment.

Plug in the power cord
and turn the main power dis-
connect to the on position if all other maintenance is com-
pleted.
