Check digits (1-2) OFF Decode MSI Plessey symbols.
The minimum length includes the
Modulo 10 check digit(s). The
default minimum length is 2
characters. The check digit(s) are
validated, but not returned. Check
digit(s) default to 1.
Prfx Decode prefix C Adds a prefix to the decoded
symbol. See Symbol Prefixes for
details (see Table 6-3, page 6-10).
C = Compsee prefixes
A = AIM prefixes
N = No prefixes
R None N/A Remove driver if possible. DOS
drivers may only be removed if no
other TSR or driver has been
loaded after them. Only valid as
an option from the command line.
Sfx Decimal number
representing
ASCII character
(0-255) 0 (None) Adds a character to the end of the
returned string. Sfx=0 (or –Sfx)
disables suffix.
TimO Timeout
Laser range 1 - 3

Wand range 1 - 30
(5) 3 (5) Included as a safety feature. Stops
scanning after this many seconds
without successful recognition.
The default for all types is 3,
except for type WAND = 5.
This
option should be set after “Type”
on the command line.

UESup None OFF Enables mode where all UPC and
EAN must have a 2 or 5 character
supplement. This option may be
turned ON or OFF at any time.
Enabling or disabling UPCx or
EANx has no effect on this
setting.
