Boot Drive File Information (A:)
The Apex PDT utilizes the A: drive as the boot drive. Factory

ROM-DOS command line interpreter. Analogous to the MS-DOS
file by the same name.

[remdisk.exe]
A remote disk utility program provided with Datalight ROM-DOS.
Refer to the Utility Program section of this manual for a detailed
description.
[fxdos.sys]
ROM-DOS device driver that makes the Apex PDT flash memory
appear as a standard high-performance disk drive to the operating
system.
[d000wndw.sys]
A temporary device driver that frees up a memory block used
during the boot process. When finished with its task, the driver will
uninstall itself thereby freeing up additional RAM.
