Initialization Problem 10
The Gateway-ST node does not recognize the DECnet node name you specify.
Solutions:
1.
If the node address is in the same area as the load host, it should be
automatically copied to the Gateway-ST at load time (Phase IV only).
2.
If a local node is not defined, the initialization procedure failed. Look for
SNAEVL messages that provide more information about the problem.
3.
For nodes outside the area, you can modify the Gateway-ST node’s DECnet
database while the Gateway-ST is running. Issue the following NCP
commands:
NCP> SET EXECUTOR NODE
gateway-node-nameUSERusername -
_PASSWORD
password
NCP> SET NODE
node-address NAME DECnet-node-name
To ensure that a node outside the area is defined the next time the
Gateway-ST loaded, edit the node configuration file on the load host:
