This appendix describes the pin signals used with the following adapter cables:

V.24/RS-232-D adapter cable

V.24/RS-232-C adapter
Tables F–1 through F–3 list the signal names. (A) or (B) after a signal name
refers to wires A and B of a twisted pair. The description of the V.24/RS-232-C
adapter connector includes both the male and the female connectors.
