If the SNANCP SHOW command shows that the line state is OFF, use the
following command to set the line state ON:
SNANCP> SET LINE
line-id STATE ON
To ensure that the Gateway-ST is initialized with the correct line state
next time it is loaded, edit the SNA configuration file on the load host:

Check the DEC MicroServer’s synchronous port(s) by using the procedure
described in Hardware Problem 3.
