Connect to the Internet: Ethernet cable
There are two ways to connect ūmi to the Internet: over a wireless network, or using an Ethernet cable.
If you’d prefer to connect to the Internet wirelessly, skip to
Connect to an outlet
. You will connect to your
wireless network during TV setup.
You need a cable long enough to reach from your TV to your router or Internet connection jack. You may
need to purchase a cable longer than the one that came in the ūmi box.
1.
Insert the Ethernet cable into the
Ethernet
port on the back of the ūmi console.
2.
Insert the other end of the cable into any available port on your router or Internet connection jack.
