3. Position the oil hole in the Front H ead to be "up"
when assem bled to the com pressor cylinder to correspond
with the "up" position o f the com pressor. Install the Front
Head and tighten the front head m ounting screws to an 20
lb.ft. (27 N -m ) torque.
4. Install new specification Service Shaft Seal kit
(Figure ID -20) as described in "R-4 C om pressor Shaft Seal"
R eplacem ent procedure.
5. Install the Clutch R otor and Bearing assembly,
Clutch Coil and Pulley R im assem bly to the Front Head,
using R otor and Bearing Installer J-26271 (Figure ID -88).
