7.5.5 Wiring of high-response valve
The signals for the high-response valve are fed from the terminal in the control
cabinet, where all signals are grouped, over a shielded cable to the valve. The shield
is connected extensively on one end to the rear wall of the control cabinet (see
Chapter 7.5.4.5 “Wiring of the HNC100“ on page 45).

Install the signal cable from the HNC100 to the amplifier card using a shielded
2-wire cable, the shield of which is to be connected as described in Chapter
7.5.4.5 “Wiring of the HNC100“ on page 45. Connect the shield of the valve
position transducer signal cables to neutral point Z 28. All the other connections
may be installed as non-shielded cables taking account of the general wiring
notes.
