Operation 99/132
RE 30201-B/07.2014, SYEPS series 1X,
Bosch Rexroth AG
The following R parameters are available:
Operating mode that is active after booting of the HNC100. The boot mode can be
entered as decimal number.
The default setting for the boot mode is 32. Upon booting and an error reset, the
HNC100 is in the tool change position (operating mode “tool exchange”).
Slope of the command value ramp for positive direction of travel. This ramp value
sets the velocity for the upward movement.
Standard:
With the standard version, the velocity cannot be set by means of this parameter.
The setting is made as described in Chapter 11.5.4 under “Setting the velocity“ on
page 118.
Slope of the command value ramp with negative direction of travel.
Standard:
With the standard version, the velocity cannot be set by means of this parameter.
The setting is made as described in Chapter 11.5.4 under “Setting the velocity“ on
page 118.
Tool change position (“Position Tool Exchange“). For more details about the
individual positions and motion sequences, please see Chapter 9.2 “Operating
modes“ on page 84.
Position over the Plate. For more details about the individual positions and motion
sequences, please see Chapter 9.2 “Operating modes“ on page 84.
Position under the Plate. For more details about the individual positions and motion
sequences, please see Chapter 9.2 “Operating modes“ on page 84.
Actual position value of the upper cylinder fixed point in the operating mode
“referencing”. For more details please see Chapter 9.2 “Operating modes“ on page
84.
Position Soft Punch. Position from which on the valve is limited to the value entered
in the parameter R449 “Valve Stroke Limit“. For more details about the individual
positions and motion sequences, please see Chapter 9.2 “Operating modes“ on page
84.
Position Soft Punch 2. Position, at which the valve stroke limitation specified in
parameter R449 “Valve Stroke Limit“ ends, and the command value continues to be
effective with the slope set in parameter “Soft Punch Ramp“. For more details about
the individual positions and motion sequences, please see Chapter 9.2 “Operating
modes“ on page 84.
Limitation of the valve aperture in the operating modes “punching”, “soft punch” and
“soft punch with pressure feedback”. The values are to be entered in %. You may
enter integers only. In the operating mode “punching”, the limitation is active only
when moving downwards. In the operating mode “soft punch” the limitation is active
between the positions PSP and PSP2. With “soft punch with pressure feedback” the
