8.1.14 Adjusting the zero point of the high-response valve
After mounting of an original pilot valve, the system must be switched on as
described in Chapter 9.1 “Switch-on sequence“ on page 81. The punching axis
must then be at PTE position 38 mm in closed-loop control. This can be checked
with the help of the diagnosis window of WIN-PED®. For adjusting the valve zero
point, turn potentiometer R316 shown below until A variable A004 “following
error(k)” in the diagnosis window is <±0.010.
