Bosch Rexroth AG
8 Commissioning
8.1 Initial commissioning
NOTICE
Uncontrolled plugging and unplugging of connectors!
The control might be destroyed.
▶
Before carrying out any installation work and before plugging or unplugging
connectors into or from the control, disconnect the control from the power
supply or de-energize it reliably!
Incorrect wiring and malfunction of the electronics!
Risk of damage to hydraulics.
▶
Before commissioning the electronics, switch the hydraulic system (power unit,
valve, etc.) off and protect it against restarting.
▶
Observe the protection class, the voltage supply and the environmental
conditions according to operating instructions 30139-B.
When commissioning the SYEPS punching system on an NC punching machine,
first commission the electronics, then the hydraulic system. For commissioning
of electronics, the hydraulic system (power unit, valve, etc.) must be switched
off to prevent damage to hydraulic components caused by incorrect wiring and
malfunction of the electronics.
8.1.1 General operating conditions – control side, system
Integration into the control concept of the machine:
1.
Adhere to the switch-on/switch-off sequence of the SYEPS systems as shown in
Chapter 9.1 “Switch-on sequence” on page 81.
– For error and fault handling, see Chapter 14 “Troubleshooting” from page 122
onwards.
– Ensure correct emergency stop behavior.
– Observe the sequences of operating modes. See Chapter 9 “Operation” from page
81 onwards.
– Make sure that the correct Profibus communication is set on the Profibus
master, see Chapter 9.3.5 “Data transmission“ on page 105.
– Set the R parameters in WIN-PED® and conduct a diagnosis of operational
states with the help of WIN-PED® Diagnosis.
2.
Check that the installation conditions described in Chapter 7 “Installation” on
page 33 are fulfilled.
– Make sure that the installation meets EMC requirements: No converter next
to the HNC100, shielded converter cables with the shield being properly
connected on a large surface. If required, provide interference suppression
mains filters for converters.
– Ensure correct grounding.
– Check cables for proper shielding.
– Check that the on/off valves are properly installed and connected.
