Personnel Safety 

The safety of personnel working with or near the equipment 
depends on careful observance of the precautions and 
protective measures in this section. 

 

WARNING: 

THE MATERIALS USED IN THE TRANSPORT ARE 
NORMALLY HEATED TO 300° F TO 400° F DURING 
APPLICATION. MATERIALS USED AT THESE 
TEMPERATURES CAN CAUSE SERIOUS OR FATAL 
BURNS AND CAN BECOME EXPLOSIVE UNDER 
CERTAIN CONDITIONS. DIESEL FUEL OR 
PROPANE USED IN THE BURNERS WHICH HEAT 
THESE MATERIALS IS HIGHLY FLAMMABLE. 
EXTREME CARE MUST BE EXERCISED AT ALL 
TIMES TO ASSURE THE SAFETY OF PERSONNEL 
WORKING IN PROXIMITY TO THESE 
POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS.
