7.1 NV11 NOTE ACCEPTOR MAINTANANCE

In the event of a note jam within the Innovative NV11 note acceptor or recycler then follow the
instructions given in the following section.

Before starting work on the NV11, disconnect the power to the machine and open the machines
main door.

Firstly slide the red locking mechanism to the left hand side as shown in the first image below
and then lift the top of the NV11 as shown in the second image below. Any notes jammed can
now be removed.
