5.7 CUSTOMER COLLECTIONS
The Collection screen is accessed by presenting the IButton to the external receptor when the
‘Main Menu’ screen is displayed.
Once accessed the collection screen shows the hopper balance and divert levels for the £1.00
and 10p Hoppers, including the hopper refill information as shown in the screen shot below.
Seven buttons are displayed on the screen as shown below:
1. Other Amount
2. £10.00 (
value may differ dependant on machine category and hopper configuration)
3. £20.00 (
value may differ dependant on machine category and hopper configuration)
4. £30.00 (
value may differ dependant on machine category and hopper configuration)
5. Hopper Top Up
6. Accountancy
7. Next Hopper
Collection
By selecting the ‘Collection’ button or by performing a hopper dump the Short Term Meters
will
reset to zero and the displayed time and date will change to indicate this action has occurred.
The Long Term and LCD meters cannot be reset.
