These buttons give the option of increasing the hopper balance by the value of the button
selected.
Other Amount Button
When the Other Amount Button is selected a numerical keyboard will be displayed on the lower
screen as shown below. This function allows the operator the facility to enter a specific cash
amount when they are refilling the machine. Once the required value has been entered, the
operator must confirm this float amount by pressing the OK button.
Hopper Top Up Button
This button is used to top up the hoppers to a predetermined level dependant on the machine
settings. The hopper levels can be set to the customer specifications within the Terminal
Configuration section. Please refer to section 5.14 Terminal Configuration for more information.
Accountancy
The Accountancy information is covered in detail in the previous section 5.6.
Next Hopper
This button is used to toggle between the £1 and 10p hoppers and enables the operator the
facility to view the current float levels specific to the hopper selected.
Dump Hopper
From the Collection screen, the operator can empty the contents of each hopper by presenting
the IButton to the receptor situated within the cash box area. Dependant on the hopper
displayed on the screen will decide on what hopper is emptied. By selecting the Next Hopper
icon and following the previous instructions will empty the second hopper.
Please ensure the main door is closed before emptying the hoppers.
