PC INFORMATION

This section describes how to remove and fit a replacement PC.

1. With the machine powered OFF, Open the main service door.

2. Disconnect all the cables and leads from the top and bottom of the PC noting where they

were connected, as this will be needed when replacing the PC.

3. The case mountings for the bottom M4 fasteners are slotted so that they support the PC

case prior to removal.

4. Loosen off the two M4 nuts that fix the bottom of the PC in position indicated in the image

below, as these will be needed to support the PC prior to removal.

5. Remove the two top M4 nuts indicated in the image above, taking care to support the

PC. Now that the two top fasteners have been removed, lift the PC upwards away from
the two bottom supporting M4 nuts.

6. Replace the PC and reverse steps 1

5 given above, then power up the machine and

then fully retest.
