In terms of Spares Support we are proud of our track record of despatching 90% of all requests for
spares and parts received before 3.00 p.m. on the same day. We have our own dedicated stores area
which carries more than five thousand different items at any one time - covering everything from a fuse
to a complete cabinet.
One new initiative we are currently working on is moving our Bulletin Board Service to an Internet based
solution. We have plans to develop our website further as a support medium for customers. Requests for
access to the new Bulletin Board Service should be sent to the Aftersales email address. Please note
that to gain access to the system you will need to already have a Spares Credit Account with Barcrest .
The Barcrest spares and parts support service is available from 8.45am until 5.15pm Monday to Friday.

Les and his team of experienced technical specialists can provide customers with technical help,
guidance and problem resolution. Technical support staff are available to customers from 8.45 a.m. until
5.15 p.m., Monday to Friday, and our BBS (Bulletin Board Service) is available 24 hours per day, 7 days
a week.
We are also happy to provide training, which can be offered either at Barcrest offices or, numbers
permitting, on customer premises. Among the many courses available are those covering machine
servicing and unit repairs.
