6.4.4 Encoding with transparency
X-Agora Media Encoder automatically detects the transparency in source media. For
most encoding presets, the resulting media is split between a background media and a
black and white mask to provide support for transparency. When a transparency is
found, only
XQ results in a single file with transparency.
If transparency has been detected in the source media, you can choose whether or not
to extract the alpha channel for each job.
6.5 Logs
If you need access to the log files, they are stored in C:\X-Agora\xframe-server\logs,
assuming you installed X-Agora in C:\X-Agora. For further information, see
