If a Player uses the automatic mode and the system detects that one of the expected
physical outputs is not connected, a warning icon appears with the label shown in
Fig-
ure 5.39, “Display Disconnected warning”
.

Advanced mode
In the advanced mode, each monitor can have a different resolution and each Display
can be shown in arbitrary positions and dimensions across the monitors connected to
the Player's optimal GPU. Display outputs can then be shown on selected monitors,
and advanced settings such as anti-aliasing, size, and graphics card choice can be
modified.
This flexibility comes with a tradeoff in performance. The best performance in X-Agora
is achieved in automatic mode with displays of identical dimensions, because their
output is shown in a single window spanning the number of displays connected to it.
In automatic mode, the display of several windows and the fact that the dedicated
fullscreen mode might not be used can result in performance slowdowns.
Note
Use the advanced mode only if you cannot obtain the proper setup with
the automatic mode, or if you know exactly what you are doing.
