OPT (Output port ON pulse)
It turns the set output port ON during the set ON time.

Output port: Set the output port number.

Next step
ON: It moves to the next step regardless of output operation.
OFF: It turns the set output port ON during the set ON time.
After the time, it moves to the next step.
On Time level: Set the ON time for output port.
Set the On time level from 1 to 5.
When selecting On time level as 6, it is available to set as the desired value.
Setting range is 1 to 10,000 msec.

It outputs trigger pulse for the set period.

Setting range is 1 to 10,000 msec.
Pulse Period
: Set the output pulse period.
Applied when compare mode is 3.
Setting range is 1 to 2,147,483,647.
