Determines the device's response to an incoming SDP with an IP
address of 0.0.0.0 in the Connection line.

0.0.0.0 (default).

Sets the IP address of the outgoing SDP Connection line to
the device's own IP address and adds a 'a=sendonly' line to
the SDP.
