5.7.1.2.3 P-Out
The P-Out can control the output state of the power supply, where,

the power supply will store the last setting of the output in effect when powered off and
recall this same setting at power on.
OFF,
the output of the power supply will keep off at power on.
5.7.1.3 EXT Control
The power supply is capable of using an external signal to control and monitor its output.
Before you begin, please read these important notes about the use of the interface:

5.7.1.3.1 Setup
The Setup screen provides a window that the user can define the active level according to the
actual requirement.
Parameter ranges are:
EXT Control,
enable or disable the external control mode through this menu.
VREF,
the input gain can be set to 5V or 10V.
DI,
digital input.
EXT-EN,
enables the external control mode through the high or low level input. Set to low level
will enable external control directly.
EXT-ON,
enables the output of the unit through the high or low level input. Set to low level will
enable the output directly.
Power,
sets Power or Sink mode through the high or low level input.
INHIBIT,
inhibit (turn off) the output.
AI-EN,
enables the analog input, the default setting is L.
DO,
digital output.
OVP,
over voltage alarm.
OTP,
thermal protection alarm.
OCP,
over current protection.
OPMODE,
indicates the working state in Power mode.
5.7.1.3.2 Monitor
From this Monitor screen the user can read the active state and the input analog signal value
of external control mode. None of this data can be edited by the user.
1. Before the hardware is connected that will control the analog interface, it shall be checked that
it can't provide voltage to the pins higher than specified.
2. Set value pins, such as Vset, Iset, Pset and Rset (if R mode is activated), must not be left
unconnected during analog remote control. In case any of the set values is not used for
adjustment, it can be tied to a defined level or connected to pin VREF, so it gives 100%.
3. Due to products upgrade, the menu display and silk screen of the analog interface may be
different, but the function is the same.
