Interface Specifications

This signal is valid when “Remote” is selected on the control panel screen on a computer
or via
RS-232C communication. Invalid when “Local” is selected.

used as the external emergency stop input which complies with IEC13849-1.

*1 When the inductive load such as solenoid and relay is used, the spike voltage generated when
driving the load may cause equipment to malfunction. Suppress the spike voltage by connecting
the surge absorber or the diode to the load.

Activates when the serial count reaches the final value. If a counter
reset signal is received, the serial counter is reset to the minimum or
maximum value, and the output signal goes out.
