Remote Interlock
*1 After a remote interlock is canceled, turning ON error reset input will turn ON startup ready and
marking ready outputs. After error reset input, secure a time for 500 ms before marking start.
*2 Be sure to simultaneously turn ON/OFF the interlock 1 and 2. When either one is turned OFF
(opened), a remote interlock state is not canceled.
For remote interlock and emergency stop, be sure to simultaneously turn ON/OFF
inputs of 2 channels (the difference between channel 1 and channel 2 should be
within 250 ms). When either one is turned OFF (opened), a remote interlock or an
emergency stop function, but it cannot be canceled even if the error reset is input after
it is turned ON (closed) again.
When both channels are turned ON (closed) after being turned OFF (opened), it can
be canceled with the error reset input.
