Contact your local Customer Care Area.
Check that the beep volume and the
alarm signals are turned on. Check and
change the battery. If your insulin pump
still does not beep or vibrate, contact
your local Customer Care Area.
Remove the battery, insert it again after
a few seconds. If the self-test remains
incomplete, contact your local Customer
Care Area.
The correct hourly basal rate cannot be
delivered if the time is not set correctly.
Check and reset the time as necessary.
Do the same check when changing the
battery.
Always review any changes made in
basal rate programming. Confirm that
you are using your correct basal rate
profile.
Your insulin pump has been developed
exclusively for the continuous
subcutaneous delivery of U100 short-
acting insulin or U100 fast-acting insulin
analogue. Do not use your insulin pump
for the delivery of medications other
than U100 short-acting insulin or U100
fast-acting insulin analogue.
