Editing a Telephone Book Entry
6.2.9 MenuCard “Hotel”
This MenuCard is only available to you if you have installed the “OpenHotel”
program package in your communications system and if your telephone is the
receptions telephone. See the “OpenHotel” user guide for further information.
6.2.10 MenuCard “Voicebox”
You can use this MenuCard to edit new and existing voicebox messages and to
edit voicebox settings.

, followed by …
1 Voicebox mess.
: You can view and edit the list of messages received. Use
Play
to listen to your messages,
Delete
to delete selected messages, or
Dial
to
call back. You can also use the number keys “4” (rewind), “5” (pause) and “6” (fast
forward) to control message playback.
You can add the entry to a
Phone book
or to an existing entry. Please see Add
Phone Numbers to Telephone Book from Lists or during a Call starting on page 65.

.Press OK to confirm your
selection.

Enter the name next to

. If there is no entry
matching your search, the list of entries will be displayed.
Select the desired entry and press OK to confirm your
selection.

Delete
or
Edit
. To edit the telephone book entry,
simply overwrite the current details. Proceed exactly as
described above in the section above on
Creating a New Tele-
phone Book Entry starting on page 114.
