Select the

Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)

check box to enable it.

Click

to save the changes for the selected network adapter.

Windows 10 supports DHCPv6 by default. To enable DHCPv6 client on your computer:

Now your computer can obtain an IPv6 address from a DHCPv6 server.
