Oberes Lager

HINWEIS:

Das Lager am äußeren Laufring paral-
lel einpressen, bis die Anschlagring-
nut erscheint.

Niemals Fett auf dem äußeren
Laufring des Lagers auftragen, da
sonst der Hinterrad-Stoßdämpfer
abgenutzt wird, in dem das Lager
eingepresst ist.

2. Einbauen:

Anschlagring (oberes Lager)

HINWEIS:

Nachdem der Anschlagring eingebaut
wurde, das Lager zurückdrücken, bis
es den Anschlagring berührt.

3. Einbauen:

Unteres Lager

1

HINWEIS:

Das Lager einbauen, indem es an der
Seite mit den Herstellermarkierungen
oder Herstellungsnummern einge-
presst wird.

Roulement

1. Monter:

Roulement supérieur

1

N.B.:

Monter le roulement parallèlement jus-
qu’à ce que la cannelure de la bague
d’arrêt apparaisse en appuyant sur la
cage extérieure.

Ne pas appliquer de graisse sur la
cage extérieure du roulement, car elle
userait la surface de l’amortisseur
arrière sur laquelle est insérée le rou-
lement.

Bague d’arrêt (roulement supé-
rieur)

N.B.:

Après avoir installé la bague d’arrêt, re-
pousser le roulement jusqu’à ce qu’il
touche la bague d’arrêt.

Roulement inférieur

N.B.:

Installer le roulement en l’insérant sur
côté où les repères ou numérous du fa-
bricant sont inscrits.

1. Installare:

Cuscinetto superiore

1

NOTA:

Installare il cuscinetto parallelo finché,
premendone l’anello esterno, non com-
pare la scanalatura dell’anello di fermo.

Non applicare il grasso sull’anello
esterno del cuscinetto poiché usurerà
la superficie dell’ammortizzatore po-
steriore sulla quale il cuscinetto viene
montato a pressione.

2. Installare:

Anello di fermo (cuscinetto
superiore)

NOTA:

Dopo avere installato l’anello di fermo,
spingere indietro il cuscinetto finché
non tocca l’anello di fermo.

Cuscinetto inferiore

NOTA:

Installare il cuscinetto premendolo sul
lato che riporta le marcature o i numeri
di fabbricazione.
