 Configuration  5-5

The Data LED is the top center light on the
front panel. When it is on and does not
blink, the controller is receiving data. When
it is on and blinking, it indicates that the
controller is processing data.

The Ready LED is the top right light on the
front panel. It is on when the controller is
ready to receive data.

The On Line LED located on the On Line
key is lit when the controller is on line and
ready to receive and process a job. It may
also be on while you are working within the
controller’s menu structure.

Front Panel Keys

The six front panel keys provide a quick, convenient way for you to
carry out routine operations such as changing the controller’s
measurements from English to metric units.

The On Line key is used to take the
controller on and off line. The display
window reads READY/IDLE when the
controller is on line or OFFLINE if it is off
line. The controller must be on line to
receive data from your computer.

The Blank key is reserved for future
developments for the controller. It has
no function at this time.

The up arrow Reset 

↑

 key is used when

working within the menu structure. Pressing
the up arrow Reset 

↑

 key allows you to

back out of the menus one level at time.
