The spooler’s job queue allows you to print a held job, delete a
job from the queue, move a job to the front of the queue, or
refresh the display window to provide the current job status after
a change occurs.
• TCP/IP Address—allows you to designate the network class
and address. For details on network classes and addresses, see
“Using TCP/IP Software” in chapter 6.
• Test Directory—allows you to display a list of test files located
on the controller. You have the options of printing, adding or
deleting, or renaming most of these files. (A few files which
reside in the controller’s ROM cannot be renamed or deleted).
• Transfer Curve—allows you to create and control files to
calibrate printer output. You can use transfer curves provided by
XANTÉ or create and download custom files using these menus.
See “Transfer Curves” and “Printer Calibration” in chapter 8 for
details.
• Update PPD Fonts—allows you to add all of your downloaded
disk fonts to your current PostScript Printer Driver (PPD).
Command Center has detailed on-line HELP which provides
introduction and getting started sections as well as a break down of
option functions by both menu listing and topic. Options not
available on your controller will be grayed out.
