To open a default transfer curve and send it to the controller
1. To open the main Command Center menu, double-click the
Command Center icon.
2. Configure your system to communicate with the controller.
a. For a Macintosh, Command Center defaults to the
printer and port designated in the Chooser.
b. For a PC, set up the controller communication from the
main menu.
1) From the Ports menu, select COMX or LPTX
(where X is the serial or parallel port to which
your controller is connected).
2) From the Controller menu, choose Select
Product…, then choose the Accel-a-Graphix CT4.
3. Select Transfer Curves… from the Color menu (Macintosh) or
Transfer Curve… from the Controller menu (PC).
Command Center connects to your controller, uploads the
default transfer curve, and displays a graph of the cyan portion
of the default curve in the Transfer Curves window. Use the
Active Color selection buttons (Macintosh) or the Color menu
at the top of the Transfer Curves window (PC) to view other
colors.
Note: The Transfers menu on a Macintosh is accessed from the
main Command Center menu line. On a PC, the Transfers
menu is at the top of the Transfer Curves window. These
menus are the source of the commands in the following
steps.
